A sequel to the superlicious musical comedy cabaret everyone has been waiting for, KAM… IN YOUR FACE 2.This out-of-this-world cabaret, with the divine touch of Joanne Kam’s comedy prowess and Vince Chong’s star vocal prowess, will be performed live from 5th-16th November 2014 at 8.30pm at PJ Live Arts, Jaya One, Petaling Jaya.
KAM… IN YOUR FACE 2 is a full-on variety show with music ranging from all eras, from cabaret to 80’s pop, from Bollywood to EDM. It’s a musical cabaret that brings together the glamour of Hollywood and Broadway with amazing singing in glam costumes, fun mash-ups and heart-pounding production numbers. It’s a comedy show inspired by Saturday Night Live with fall-off-your-seat spoofs and hilarious comedy skits poking fun at popular social issues. It’s everything you ever want in a show, all in one, all in your face.
KAM… IN YOUR FACE 2 will feature none other than Malaysia’s comedy goddess, Red FM presenter Joanne Kam Poh Poh, and her co-star, the multi-talented Akademi Fantasia winner Vince Chong. Lining up the rest of the cast are Joanne Kam’s comedy angels, stand-up comic Shamaine Othman, with Papi Zak and Kavin Jay in their first comedy revue with singing and dancing. The show will also feature Lalita Monisha, a singing lawyer and the 1st Runner-Up of Miss Malaysia Universe 2014, singer-songwriter Michael Leaner and Capital FM presenter Ashley Chan.
Audience will be entirely entertained as the show is produced by Joanne Kam herself with her long-time collaborator and award-winning show director, Llew Marsh , while the show’s music production is at the helm of the young musical genius, Daniel Veerapen, and choreography by the internationally experienced Michael Tan. The show will also feature the talents of six handpicked dancers.
Joanne Kam the comedy goddess and her team of angels will descend from the heavens once more to present their divine gift of musical, comedy and cabaret to the people, to her loyal fans and to the gods. Tickets are priced at RM108, RM88 and RM68.
**The show runs for 2 hours including a 20 min intermission.
